Together with Screaming Beans, we developed a loyalty-focused digital strategy to deepen retention and drive online sales. By refining their website UX and launching targeted ad campaigns, we helped turn regular customers into returning ones.
The brief
Screaming Beans is a specialty coffee brand in Amsterdam focused on retention and loyalty among their existing customers, while also aiming to grow online sales through subscriptions and single-bag purchases. With an improved website UX and newly implemented ads, the challenge was to create a loyalty-focused campaign that would deepen the brand connection and increase conversion among coffee lovers who value quality and creativity.


Our concept
We developed the campaign “Fuel the Eureka”, inspired by Screaming Beans’ belief that coffee is the fuel behind creative breakthroughs—the ‘Eureka’ moments. Rather than just selling coffee, we positioned Screaming Beans as the silent partner in the creative process, highlighting the quiet moments of inspiration that happen between the first sip and the breakthrough idea.
The campaign visuals focus on authentic creative moments: a coffee bean flower growing from small to large as a metaphor for growing ideas and creating, a bird running from one side to another—always accompanied by Screaming Beans coffee. The tone is calm, thoughtful, and aspirational, appealing to a target audience of passionate creatives and coffee enthusiasts who seek clarity and focus without overstimulation.

Distribution strategy
The campaign ran across Meta platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, and In-Feed), supported by website UX improvements to streamline subscriptions and purchases. We tested different ad formats and copy tones, finding that storytelling that emphasized creative process moments resonated strongest. The integration of improved UX and targeted ads created a seamless path from inspiration to conversion.
